When we think of herbs and spices we all have heard about the benefits of ginger, turmeric, and cinnamon. Today, let’s look at leafy and green herbs.
I am talking about things like cilantro, sage, rosemary, oregano, mint, thyme, parsley, & more. These are antioxidant powerhouses and have many positive functions in your body. Herbs can stabilize free radicals to prevent cell damage. They also protect the heart and brain, help prevent certain cancers, decrease inflammation, & are rich in many vitamins.
